The glucoamylase produced by Jiangyin BSDZYME Bio-Engineering CO., LTD. , with its 90s high technique, culture and equipment introduced from America, was evaluated as the ^New Products in State Level ̄ by NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY. The Glucoamylase is characterize by high activity, high stability, minor Transglucosidase (its index can match the same products both of domestic and abroad). Its sanitation items adopt standard of WHO and FAO GARS. Due to stable quality, the products are widely used in the fields of alcohol, brewing, monosodium glutamate, glucose, antibiotic, glucoamylase and etc. It can improve quality of products, increase yields, decrease cost and provide advantage conditions to technical progress of enterprises. |
Principle: ^Syner ̄ brand glucoamylase was derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger and was refined through submerged technology. Glucoamylase is named 1, 4 alpha D glucan glucohydrolase which catalyzes the hydrolysis of glucosidic bond from the nonreducing ends of starch and yields glucose. It can also slowly catalyze the hydrolysis of alpha-1, 6-glucosidic bond and covert into glucose. |

Definition of activity: One unit of enzyme activity which catalyze the production of 1.0 mg of glucose in one hour under the following conditions: Temp 40≧; PH4.6. |

Application Reference: Alcohol production: After raw materials, cool till 58--60≧(Recommended use amount of glucoamylase:80-200 unit per gram of raw material).Glucoamylase is added, keep temperature for 30-60 minutes, cool down to appropriate temperature and then fermentation begins. Starch sugar production: After liquefaction of raw materials, adjust PH to 4.2-4.5, cool to 58-60≧, and then glucoamylase can be added. Keep temperature for saccharification. (Recommended use level is 100-300 unit per gram of raw materials).
Beer production: If adding glucoamylase prior to saccharification of fermentation during production of ^dry beer ̄, fermentation degree can be improved. Brewage production: The yield of alcohol may be increased in production of liquor, rice wine, if enzyme like glucoamylase is used instead of leaven. It can also be used in production of vinegar. The others: Glucomaylase can also be used for the production of Monosodium glutamate, antibiotic and citric acid. After liquefaction of starch, cool to 60≧adjust PH to 4.5, glucoamylaes is added. Recommended use level is 100-300unit per gram of raw material. |
Notes: Optimum PH for usage is 4.2-4.5. Adjust PH value first and then add enzyme in production of starch sugar and monosodium glutamate. Use level of enzyme varies according to raw materials and processing technology. To shorten saccharification time more glucoamylase is needed. It is necessary to mix starch and glucoamylase well. The longer mixing time, the better result you can get. For interval sacchrification, complete agitate ion is needed. Homogenerous flow rate is needed for continuous saccharification. Temperature should be strictly controlled between 58!60mins. It is not allowed to operate at high temperature even in a short time. |
Shipping and Storage: 1. The product contain organic biosubstance, inactivation may occur under the extreme light and heat Prevent the product from Sunlight and rain, and keep the storage room clean, cold and dry. When the product is stored at a temperature of 25≧, the declared activity is maintained for at least three months. 2. Turbidity which may occur in the enzyme preparation has no influence on the volumetric activity or handling characteristics of product. Please stir it before use the product in this case. |
